LC Hauling SMS Terms
Program name and description
LC Hauling Alerts is a text message program that sends automated operational alerts from LC Hauling's dispatch and EDI systems to LC Hauling's owner and employees. Examples: a customer load tender that has not been accepted yet, no tenders received for several business hours, or an internal system that has stopped running. The program is for internal operations only. It does not send marketing messages and is not offered to consumers.
How you join
Only LC Hauling's owner and employees can join. The company owner asks each employee, in person, whether they agree to receive operational alert texts at their mobile number. The number is added only after the employee agrees.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with operational activity, usually a few messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. LC Hauling does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resume.
